A documentary about boredom in the Polish countryside. There, where fate has left people with hopelessness and an incredible unwillingness to do anything but wait for that one day— Saturday. As the film's protagonists say, Saturday is a day of fulfillment, charging up for the upcoming monotonous week. It's a day of relaxation, drinking, and watching the erotic show in the local dance club. The meaning of life boils down to waiting.
