Worum geht es in Natsu no Arashi!?

Der 13 Jahre alte Yasaka ist ein Junge, der während der Sommerferien bei seinem Großvater wohnt. Als er eines Tages in ein Geschäft geht, trifft er ein schönes 16-jähriges Mädchen, das Arashi heißt und dort arbeitet. Es dauert nicht lange bis er merkt, dass sie kein normales Mädchen ist und geheimnisvolle Kräfte besitzt. Die Angelegenheit wird noch mysteriöser, als er ein 16 Jahre altes Bild von Arashi und einem anderen Mädchen namens Kaja findet, und zur Überraschung aller Kaja plötzlich erscheint. Genau wie bei Arashi hat sich ihr Äußeres über all die Jahre nicht verändert.

For some reason Kaya was laying on the counter face down. Arashi suspected Hajime of doing something to Kaya seeing that she glared at Hajime every time she picked her face up. Arashi asked Hajime if anything happened, though Hajime does not recall doing anything. Kaya was actually trying to find a moment to get back at Hajime for making her drink the “Cutie Cherry Fruit Juice.” Kaya starts making something with the Kiwis that Sunglasses brought in, but Hajime and Arashi follow in taking strange actions.
