Worum geht es in The Living and the Dead?

Shepzoy in Somerset, 1894. Als Nathan Appleby ein Haus im schönen aber abgelegenen Somerset Valley von seiner Mutter erbt, beschließt er, ein neues Leben für sich und seine Frau Charlotte zu beginnen und die alte Farm wieder aufzubauen.
