Refund Policy

We back our service in writing. If we can't get you streaming, you don't pay. Here's exactly how the 7-day refund window works.

Every new IPTV 4K subscription is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If, within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase, the service does not work as advertised and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may request a full refund.

What "doesn't work" means We define non-working as: channels failing to load on a supported device, sustained buffering greater than five seconds per minute on a 25 Mbps+ internet link, or no replies from our support team for more than 24 hours during the trial window.

We do not generally issue partial refunds for unused portions of an annual subscription past the 7-day window. In exceptional cases — such as service unavailability lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that our team confirms was on our side — we may issue a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.

7. Chargebacks & disputes

Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please talk to us first. We resolve over 95% of issues in chat, and a chargeback typically blocks your account during the bank investigation. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting support, we reserve the right to terminate the subscription immediately and dispute the chargeback with the issuing bank.
