1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using IPTV 4K, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to subscribe.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- One IPTV 4K account is for one household. Simultaneous devices are limited by your plan.
- You agree to provide accurate billing information and to update it if it changes.
3. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance, in the currency shown at checkout. Plans renew automatically at the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time on WhatsApp — cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid term.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your credentials beyond your household.
- Resell, sublicense, rebrand, or commercially re-distribute the service.
- Use the service to broadcast publicly (bars, gyms, hotels) without a commercial agreement.
- Attempt to circumvent device limits, geoblocks, or other technical measures.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or stress-test our infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
5. Content & intellectual property
IPTV 4K aggregates streams from third-party broadcasters and content distributors. All trademarks, logos, programmes, and content remain the property of their respective rights holders. We do not host or produce the underlying content.

6. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime and operate redundant servers across multiple regions. However, the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows are announced in advance whenever possible.
7. Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, attempt to defraud us, or if required by law. In case of termination for breach, no refund is owed.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV 4K is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any specific channel will be available at any specific time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV 4K's total liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
